One of the few times Gotham villains are willing to work with Batman and the Bat Fam is when another villain (or hero, depends on what day it is) comes to town and messes with their city.
There are Rules. And they must be followed.
No one from out of town is allowed to try and properly kill the Robins. The only one who has ever gotten away with killing a Robin and that was the Joker. (and he only got away because he doesn’t follow the Rules and everyone is too afraid to tell him to stop.)
Only a Gothamite is allowed to kill the Bats. Unless you are on Batman’s villain list, you are not allowed to even try and take him out. If you try, you will find yourself dead in the river.
While he may be on the Villain list, Ra’s al Ghul is not allowed to kill Batman. Talia al Ghul on the other hand is allowed to kill Batman.
Unless you are a swords master, you do not try and enter a sword fight with the Bat-Brat (also known as the new Robin). You will lose. And will have to deal with him mocking you.
If someone from out of town is trying to start up something and you yourself can’t do anything about it, then just hold up a sign to a camera that has the information on it and Oracle will take care of the rest.
It is best to stay out of Red Hood’s way. While he may technically be apart of the Bat Fam, he will not hesitate to shoot you. Keep out of his territory.
If the JL comes around, make as much trouble as you can. Gotham belongs to Batman only. No other unapproved superheros allowed.
If a superhero comes into the city looking for one of their own villains, then you should attack both the villain and Hero until the Bat’s arrive. If the hero pisses of the Bat’s then make sure you have a good seat and some popcorn because superhero fights with Bat’s are funny as hell.
Gotham is a place run by rules. You must follow these rules. Gotham does not suffer rule breakers. Exceptions can be made, but they are few and far between. And there are more deadly things in Gotham than a man in a Bat suit.
There is a reason why their is no branch of Lexcorp in Gotham.
Lex Luthor is not allowed in Gotham. Last time he tried to enter the city, the Joker himself broke out of Arkham and tried to kill him. No one likes Luthor.
The Rules only loosely apply to Wonder Woman because the villains have not forgotten what she did to Max Lord
She usually only comes to town for friendly visits or when there’s Epic Shit Going Down anyways, best to just lie low til she leaves
The Rules are iffy when it comes to Superman. No one likes him. Everyone thinks he is annoying. But no one can technically kill him because Kriptonite is very expensive and if you do get your hands on it you are more than likely going to get attacked by someone.
It is usually best to just let Batman glare Superman out of town. That normally works out well.
